I’m Julieta Hee, a designer with a degree in Advertising & Graphic design, with over 10 years of experience in creating distinctive brand identities and websites that connect with audiences.
I am passionate about branding, brand guidelines, and how to apply these to different platforms and canvases. I have a deep understanding of how important it is to keep it all communication consistent and on-brand.
I combine creativity and strategy to design solutions that not only reflect your brand’s essence but also drive results.

You can call me Julie (or in Spanish, that would sound like "who-lie"). I am from Cordoba, Argentina, the second-largest city in the country.
I am a very passionate, dedicated, hardworking, professional with a wide range of experience in different disciplines within marketing, advertising, and graphic design; for the record, I’ve enjoyed them all.
I find it fascinating how all these disciplines combine and create a strong voice for the brand.
AND I LOVE BEING THAT VOICE.

I worked 3 years with international brands as a Marketing Coordinator (which required being basically everything, graphic designer, ad planner, media planner, event planner, web designer, photographer, etc., you would be surprised).
One of these brands is Sea-Doo (BRP) in a watercraft luxury dealer, and the other one is the French luxury brand DS Automobiles (part of Groupe PSA - Citroën, Peugeot, DS).
I have proactively been involved in the opening of the DS Store Córdoba dealer in Argentina.
One of the biggest achievements was working with the marketing team on the design and planning of the marketing annual plan which later was presented to all the highest managers and CEOs of DS Automobiles Argentina.
I have lived in New Zealand for over 2 years, it is an amazing country. There I had the pleasure of being part of the Bettle & Associates ad agency. Where I performed as Account Executive and Junior Graphic Designer. I had to project manage and follow up the accounts assigned to my team, build cost estimates, completed forecasting and monthly invoicing. Supported the designers on various campaigns, and do research on diverse subjects that helped the creation of concepts, etc.
Personal stuff... I LOVE TRAVELING, love having new experiences, exploring, learning new things and cultures, getting to try new amazing foods, drinks, it is fascinating! I am a big fan of fine arts, in love with art history, a soft spot for European painters from the impressionism of the XX century; I do some painting myself. I lived in Europe for 2 years and went to every museum I found, arts, history, cheese, chocolate... Now I am living in Australia, and it feels like I found my place in this world.
I am positive about the future and I am up for a challenge!

For over 10 years I’ve been helping clients to create their dream brand identities. I am a branding specialist. Passionate about creating brand identities and guidelines.
Re-branding and Branding of 20+ different brands, working closely with clients to create vision, image, and conceive designs.
All formats printed and digital: ads, logos, website designs, photography + photo editing, video editing, business cards, social media content, mailing, published book covers (x3), etc.
- Project efficiency: produce creative Briefs. Manage deadlines, create timing plans for jobs and campaigns. Produce work with very high accuracy and attention to detail. When a job came back, ensure revisions have been made. Ensure the creative team is happy with any major revisions before it goes back to the client. Know when to challenge and when to just get it done. Plan, props, casting, overview, and assistance on video commercials, photography sessions, and events.
- Client management: Communication with clients and partners. Lead contact for day-to-day inquiries, follow-up on feedback, and approvals. Liaison with third-party partners (media, digital agencies). Preparation for WIP (and other) meetings. Ownership of the whole client, regardless of departmental tasks. Transparency and honesty with clients at all levels. High client satisfaction and successful retention of clients.
- Money management: Create estimates and internal/reverse briefs. Review job cost reports and coordinate client estimates. Organize all invoices. Track jobs to make sure they are being completed on time and within budget. Invoicing.
- Design & Copywriting: Support the design studio as a graphic and web designer (presentations, storyboards, gifs, social posts, email footers, landing pages, website, etc). Copywriting on social media, websites, and others.
- Research: Assigned make deep research, investigations, and analysis on various subjects related to ongoing ad campaigns.
- Annual mkt plan development through multiple channels of national campaigns, following KPIs’ and official brand requierements.
- Responsible for the management of the CRM – data entry, update and analysis, including weekly controls and monthly reports accounting all marketing efforts.
- Event coordinator: test drives – product exhibits – opening events – after offices. Inside and outside of the store.
- Proactively engage, cooperate and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that the support being provided is timely, accurate, appropriate and seamless. In order to deliver a positive customer experience and respond to customer feedback to contribute to the continual improvement of the customer experience by each branch (check and optimization of all touch points)
- Educate and train sales professionals throughout the organization on adoption of brand image best practices and leveraging other marketing tools for sales. .
- Personal accountability for achieving team performance targets and work collaboratively to address areas of concern and improve performance.
- In charge of running the exclusive benefits program for DS clients: DS Only You, being an expert on the brand. Promoting excellence, quality and French luxury to retain DS customers.
- Create and maintain good relations with the stakeholders and providers (inside and out the company). Create cross-selling alliances with other luxury brands such as Givenchy.
- Graphic designer, responsible for daily graphic design content for all ads printed and digital: social, banner, display, videos, printed media, business cards, official paperwork, brochures, among others.
- Creation, maintenance and management of the company’s website – wordpress coding, content, display and web adaptable images.
- Management of social media accounts, including content creation (image and copy), planning and publishing with Facebook Ads Manager (lead generation campaigns, awareness, branding).
- Management and creation of Google Ads campaigns, Google My Bussiness and Google Analytics.
- Overseeing, analyzing and reporting on all paid, earned and owned marketing and advertising activity. Recommend adoption of paid initiatives to promote business objectives.
